По фото видно, что пострадали больше от расставленных железных перегородок/заборчка итд. В момент взрыва взрывной волной весь этот железный хлам обрубил людям ноги
Взрыв обычного газового баллона зачастую приводит к куда более страшным последствиям, нежели этот "чудовищный, бесчеловечный" теракт. Не более чем чей-то ПиАр, имхо. Хотели б убить, убили бы намного больше. Десяток-другой газбаллонов, и все.

That means that the IRS can read your private messages without even needing a warrant. According to Slate, "ECPA 2013, authored by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., and Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, would ensure authorities have to obtain a search warrant to get access to emails no matter how old. Это был не взрыв, а довольно быстрое горение 5-10кг какой то кустарной фигни.
